550w psu for 3060

I recently got my new GPU, RTX 3060, about a month ago and my PSU of 850w has now been delayed to be delivered in January. I am currently sitting on a 550w PSU and am wondering if I can use my new RTX 3060 with it? Or should I rather wait for my new 850w PSU to arrive before I install it?
